EfficiencyOne (E1) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide various types of engineering support. EfficiencyOne maintains a strong internal team with extensive engineering expertise and subject matter knowledge across a wide range of technical disciplines. However, there are occasions when additional external engineering support is required to supplement internal capacity, provide specialized expertise, or address resource constraints associated with project schedules, workload demands, and emerging technical requirements.

The objective of this RFP is to select multiple engineering firms, who will sign a Standing Offer (SO) with E1 to provide engineering consulting services on an “as and when required” basis as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. EfficiencyOne anticipates awarding Standing Offer Agreements to a maximum of up to five (5) Engineering Services firms as a result of this RFP. The number of successful proponents selected is at the sole discretion of EfficiencyOne and may be increased or decreased based on the quality of submissions received, pricing, coverage of required areas of expertise, and overall value to EfficiencyOne.
