EfficiencyOne is issuing this RFP to source a pre-built commercial off the shelf (COTS) Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution and a qualified/experienced Systems solutions implementor/integrator to implement. The CDP solution will enable the identification and delivery of personalized messages to customers across channels, beyond E1's existing channels, to increase the effectiveness of marketing efforts. In your proposal submissions, Proponents are to demonstrate how their organisation will manage risks and add value, through their delivery of these services, as further outlined in this RFP document. 

The term of any subsequent agreement for the provision and implementation of the Financial System as well as providing ongoing product support is anticipated to be a multi-year long term arrangement.
