Description: |
EfficiencyOne will be issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Delivery Agents of the Efficiency Nova Scotia HomeWarming Service. In preparation for the RFP, EfficiencyOne is issuing this Request for Needs (RFN) to obtain feedback from prospective Delivery Agents having experience in the following types of services. HomeWarming is a building envelope retrofit program that services homeowners on lower incomes throughout Nova Scotia. Delivery Agents are needed to provide a wide range of services to EfficiencyOne and its eligible program participants: Pre and post EnerGuide home energy evaluations; insulation and draft proofing upgrades for all areas of the home; other home upgrades (e.g. moisture management and ventilation products); and project management and administrative services. It is expected that Delivery Agents will need to partner with sub-contractors to deliver this full range of services. However, Delivery Agents will be responsible for contract management and act as EfficiencyOne’s main point of contact to ensure successful program delivery to Nova Scotians. PURPOSE OF THE RFN EfficiencyOne is interested in providing a comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date scope of work for the New Home Construction Service Provider RFP. Therefore, the purpose of this RFN is to engage feedback from interested consultants regarding EfficiencyOne’s Draft Scope of Work for these services, in order for EfficiencyOne to include pertinent background information that enables consultants to prepare an accurate proposal. |
