Summary Description

EfficiencyOne is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) to select additional multiple highly skilled and qualified contractors to form standing offer agreements (SOA’s) for heat pump installation services, throughout the Province of Nova Scotia, for the HomeWarming Program. RFSO 2023-0291 – HomeWarming Service Delivery – Heat Pump Installation, was issued in February 2023.  The intent of this RFSO is to add additional capacity to meet growing demand in the heat pump installation services market throughout Nova Scotia.   Any heat pump installer currently contracted with EfficiencyOne under RFSO 2023-0291, need not complete a submission under this RFSO.  E1 invites new qualified contractors to apply. Successful Proponents (Contractors ) will be selected through this RFSO process. These Contractors will perform installations of single zone heat pumps and whole home heat pump systems, in addition to panel and/or thermostat upgrades where applicable, for eligible participants as further described in this RFSO.
