This RFP is being issued to select a qualified evaluation consultant to design and perform impact, process, and market evaluations. Evaluation services will be provided for Efficiency Nova Scotia Demand-Side Management (DSM) and government funded activities (e.g. programs, services, pilot projects, etc.). The intent is to award an agreement to a single Proponent for the provision of these services to EfficiencyOne. |
