EfficiencyOne is issuing this RFP to source a qualified and experienced firm to redesign, develop, build, and launch a new website for Efficiency Nova Scotia that will act as a central hub for Nova Scotians looking to reduce their energy use. As the digital landscape continually evolves, our current website (www.efficiencyns.ca ) no longer meets the needs of our diverse audience, including consumers, businesses, and contractors. Therefore we are looking for a Service Provider that can assist us with this website redesign project. Proponents are encouraged to also submit to become a long-term Digital Services Provider. In their proposal submissions, Proponents are to demonstrate how their organization will manage risks and add value, through their delivery of the Website Redesign Project (and the Optional Digital Services Provider) and related services, as further outlined in the RFP document. |
